R&B singer R. Kelly will be back in court August 15 for obstruction of justice charges. An alleged victim from 2008 in the sex-trafficking and racketerring case is now set to testify against the 'I Wish' singer.
Kelly, 55, who has been serving time in a New York prison, was facing charges in 2008 for producing a video of himself when he was around 30 having sex with a girl no older than 14.
R. Kelly, along with two other men known to be associates, are facing a number of charges, including obstruction of justice for paying off a key witness.
