They accuse Miller of “deliberately” pushing an “extremely harmful narrative” against Enterprise and Fox “for his own improper purposes” and to benefit his clients, key Ottawa Freedom Convoy organizers.Article content The lawsuit alleges Miller’s claims “severely damaged” Fox’s professional reputation that led to undefined “loss of business opportunities.” It also notes Fox and his employer subsequently received “hateful and threatening” messages, one of which required police to visit Fox’s home.
The company is also asking the court for an injunction prohibiting Miller or “anyone on social media” from posting anything about his claim Fox was the Nazi flag -bearer as well as an order that the lawyer remove any online posts about it.
