A former employee of a the South Ogden daycare Progressive Preschool charged with aggravated child sexual abuse and exploitation of a child in the beginning of
2024 appeared in person for the first time in court Wednesday.
His defense attorney asked for another 30-day delay at Ogden’s Second District Courthouse on Wednesday. The original hearing was dated for Feb. 28, but was moved to Mar. 27 on the basis that they would decide whether to have a preliminary hearing at that time."I spoke with earlier today, there is some more investigation going on so we need to continue this out another 30-days or so,” commented Roy Cole, the defense attorney for Dobson.claimed to have been molested by him during a gymnastics class.
