Pre-2023 Audi Q4 E-Tron Models Get Improved Charging With New Software Update | Carscoops carscoops
e-tron and Q4 Sportback e-tron models built up to and including the 2022 model year that brings with it a handful of new features.to create personal profiles. It is also now possible for users to use the e-tron route planner in the myAudi app to plan a route and send it to their Q4 e-tron model. The myAudi app can also be used to locate the car’s parking position while also being able to check a number of different status messages. A new wireless over-the-air interface is also featured.
A new battery protection function is now holding the battery in the ideal state of charge by limiting it to 80 percent. The update also brings with it a system that automatically authorizes and activates a charging station when the cable is plugged in. New personalization functions have also been implemented, meaning owners can tweak the ambient lighting and customize the background images shown in the infotainment display.
