If DUSC is going to make the playoffs, preferably they need Asheville City to get a win on July 13 against Tennessee. If things fall a certain way earlier in the week , another tied result could still be okay. That would put the Dragons in an advantage situation based on the season head-to-head between Dothan and Tennessee, with Dothan United having taken both games in the regular season meetings.
Simply put, a Tennessee win in either game or a tie in both eliminates Dothan, so while the Dragons are hoping they get to see a pair of Tennessee losses, at most they need one loss and one tie. With the only game left for East Atlanta being the July 13 contest against Athens United, DUSC would prefer for East Atlanta to escape with nothing more than a tie.
