Rogan agreed with having junk foods and sweet beverages once in a while is fine to keep up a healthy lifestyle.The musician even admitted how much he used to weigh before and after his weight loss.“The problem is when people [drink soda] all day every day your body doesn’t know what to do with that sugar because it’s so unnatural… the key to those things is every now and then, you know?” Rogan chimed in.
The “Congratulations” singer recently appeared on an episode of Joe Rogan’s podcast where they spoke about the rapper’s weight loss transformation.The UFC commentator continued: “Every now and then you reward yourself with a Coca Cola and you’re like ‘Ah, this is nice.’ Your body never gets that sugar in the wild.“When you have a glass of sugar water, it’s pouring right into your bloodstream. Your body is like, ‘What the f–k is this?'” he said.earlier this year over his rapid weight loss.
