The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special is days away from release, which means the MCU's best-known gang of misfits is about to help usher in the holiday season. Only Marvel Studios' second "Special Presentation", the first being the fun and spooky Werewolf by Night, positive early reactions to The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special may point to continued success for the new, seemingly holiday-themed format.
Pom Klementieff on The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special Screen Rant: At this point, is it weirder for you to do a giant CGI battle in a studio, or shoot a Christmas special when it's totally not the season? That's great. And Mantis is such a huge part of this special. How was it for you to have not only so much to do, but also bring so much of the heart?
Finally, you also do so much with Dave Batista in this. Your back-and-forth is so funny. Was it half as fun to shoot with him as it is for an audience to watch?
