The suspect in Saturday’s alleged homicide near CEFCU Stadium in San Jose is a minor, according to the San Jose Police Department.
The person accused to be responsible for Saturday’s killing near CEFCU Stadium just south of downtown San Jose is a minor, according to authorities.
In a press release Monday, San Jose Police Department announced it arrested the minor on suspicion of homicide and booked them into juvenile hall. Police said the motive and circumstances surrounding the incident were under investigation.of Keyes and South 3rd Streets at 12:37 p.m. Saturday on reports of shots fired. Officers found an adult male suffering from at least one gunshot wound at the scene, police say. He was transported to a local hospital where he later died from his wounds.
