KSAT reported a San Antonio police officer found a vehicle matching the description of one involved in a nearby accident in Councilman Clayton Perry's driveway.

It was not clear whether Perry or someone else was driving the vehicle, according to KSAT’s report.
The suspected Jeep driver’s name and other identifying details were redacted from the report, but law enforcement sources confirmed to KSAT that it was Perry. The police report lists the driver’s offense as a “failure to stop and give information in a crash with damages worth more than $200, a Class B Misdemeanor punishable by up to 180 days jail and a $2,000 fine,” KSAT reported.
