According to officials, the shooting occurred Saturday, October 7 at 1:48 p.m., on the 2500 block of West Lehigh Avenue.Philadelphia police are investigating the fatal shooting of a 40-year-old woman inside a North Philly babershop.At around 2:04 p.m. medics pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
