The man arrested admitted to offering the child a ride but denied touching her.
The girl was riding her bike near a gas station when she parked the bike and went to a nearby Dollar General store.
There, according to authorities, Keith Lilliock, 43, approached the girl and offered to give her a ride. He allegedly took the girl back to his home, according to the statement. After the child was reported missing, investigators on the scene learned she had an iPad with her and were able to ping the geolocation of the iPad. It showed the iPad was at a home near Latrobe, about 10 miles east of Youngwood.
After the child was found, police arrested Lilliock and charged him with luring a child into a motor vehicle and interference with the custody of children, authorities said. The victim told police that Lilliock touched her leg and her stomach area under her shirt before she asked him to take her to a friend’s house in Latrobe.
