"What we saw this past weekend is absolutely unacceptable, period. The behavior of these pathetic cowards that came to our beach and committed these crimes, their actions will not be tolerated," Talamantez said.Among those arrested, 78 were from Alabama. One of the incidents over the weekend involved a shooting Sunday afternoon in which one person was shot in the foot. The individual sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Six people are in custody in connection to the shooting, police said.
