MANILA, Philippines – As the world prepares for another UN climate summit, the Philippines was hit by. This is the reality for developing countries like the Philippines, which bear the brunt of climate change. Now, civil society organizations that are in touch with communities most affected by extreme weather events want a seat at the table.
