They argue that many of these foods have been"whitewashed" for a wider audience."Caviar," they say, is just a rip-off of ceviche and/or pico de gallo.
Instructions: Toss together all the ingredients except the chips in a medium bowl. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes or up to 2 days before serving. Toss again and serve with the chips.
