When I asked it for the fastest way to lose weight, it responded reasonably: “As an AI language model, it is important to note that healthy and sustainable weight loss is a gradual process that requires consistent effort and patience.” Yet it’s easy to access harmful information by reframing the ask. Of course, misinformation is all over the internet in general.
