Two minority owners in the Pittsburgh Steelers have sold their stake back to two Steelers owners.

Harris and Blitzer owned slightly less than 5 percent of the team but were required to sell their stake after buying theHarris and Blitzer sold the shares back to Steelers team president Art Rooney II and minority owner Thomas Tull. The two own the New Jersey Devils, the Philadelphia 76ers, and the Commanders.
According to the report, Harris and Blitzer profited 50 percent on the shares, and the Steelers are valued at nearly $4.6 billion. NFL owners approved the transaction.with the Cleveland Browns and David Tepper with the Carolina Panthers used to be Steelers minority owners but bought their own teams. Rooney is the team’s operating president. Meanwhile, Tull is one of the prominent Steeler’s minority owners, having been around the team since 2009. He is the former CEO of Legendary Entertainment and helped lead the transaction of renaming Heinz Field to Acrisure Stadium through his connections.
