Armed Forces of the Philippines Chief of Staff General Romeo Brawner, Jr. on Thursday issued a directive to all military officers and enlisted personnel to attach the Philippine flag to AFP-wide battle dress uniforms . BDUs are the standard camouflage combat uniforms that military officers and personnel wear on the battlefield.
“This aligns with the broader efforts of President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. to foster national pride and unity among Filipinos,” Trinidad said in a statement.
