An Upper East Side property is now the most expensive townhouse ever sold in New York City
Investor Philip Falcone has sold a New York townhouse for close to $80 million, making it the most expensive residential townhouse ever sold in the city, according to people familiar with the deal.
The property is one of two he and his wife Lisa Falcone own on the same street on the Upper East Side. Another smaller property they own is still for sale asking $29.5 million, according to listings website StreetEasy.
