Today is the 81st anniversary of the attack that put the United States into World War II and the ceremony in the East Rotunda of the Pennsylvania State Capitol included Naval personnel and keynote speaker Rear Adm. Peter Stamatopoulos, Commander of the Naval Supply Systems.
