After more than 50 years of rivalry, former Beatle Paul McCartney and the Rolling Stones have found satisfaction.

McCartney has agreed to a collaboration with the Stones, playing bass on one of the tracks on the band’s new album. A spokesman for the Rolling Stones confirmed McCartney’s participation intold The Guardian that McCartney entered the studio with Rolling Stones members Keith Richards and Mick JaggerNo further details about the album are available. It would be the first released by the band since the Stones’ drummer, Charlie Watts, died in 2021.
The band’s touring drummer Steve Jordan will be featured on the album, but Watts also will be heard, having recorded his parts before his death, according to The Guardian. The two bands rose to prominence in the 1960s, becoming two of the most famous groups in the world.
