Paul Ingrassia, a Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist for The Wall Street Journal who was one of the leading chroniclers of the auto industry for more than three decades, died Monday in Naples, Fla., where he had been under treatment for pancreatic cancer. He was 69 years old.
Mr. Ingrassia, who also served as managing editor of the Thomson Reuters news service and president of Dow Jones Newswires, was the author of three books vividly describing pivotal moments in the car business.
