The Philippine College of Physicians granted the Pasay City General Hospital - Department of Internal Medicine with a Level II accreditation on Saturday, May 6.
Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano said the accreditation was given to the city’s lone public hospital during the kick-off of the PCP's 53Rubiano said the PCGH-IM was granted with a national accreditation in 2022 in line with the hospital's mission to give better quality health services. She said, as an accredited institution of PCP, the hospital will surely give improved health services like other big private and public hospitals.
The mayor said the hospital also has well-trained doctors who continue to provide effective methods and medicines to treatRubiano added that the improvement of the hospital as well as its facilities was part of her administration's goal of giving residents with health services of the highest standards.
