The Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission said that dismissed Bamban, Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo had left the country and had been to at least three countries in Southeast Asia, the latest being Indonesia.According to PAOCC spokesman Winston Casio, Guo, who is also allegedly the Chinese citizen Guo Hua Ping , arrived in Indonesia on Aug. 18."Confirmed that Alice Leal Guo is out of the country based on our foreign counterparts’ immigration records," Casio said.
Tansingco made the statement a few days after arriving from an ASEAN meeting of immigration heads in Vietnam.Tansingco said that while Guo’s name was listed on the Department of Justice's immigration lookout bulletin , her supposed departure was not recorded in the BI’s system and centralized database.
