Philippine Airlines will operate additional flights between Manila and Tagbilaran beginning May 17, 2022, and between Manila and Basco by May 20, 2022, the flag carrier announced Thursday, May 12.This will give Bohol-bound travelers a choice of two morning and one early afternoon departures from Manila, while Manila-bound travelers can choose from one late morning and two afternoon departures from the Bohol-Panglao International Airport.

“We expect travel demand to rise further as more families seek to travel to key provincial destinations such as Bohol and Batanes, which are also fabulous tourist destinations with world-class appeal,” says PAL Senior Assistant Vice President for Philippines Harry Inoferio. “PAL is thoroughly assessing the options to add more flights on other domestic routes, while always addressing the vital concern of safety and public health.”
