Pagasa also identified the day’s hottest temperature at 42 degrees Celsius in Dagupan City, Pangasinan.
Combined with 56 percent relative humidity, the state weather bureau said that the temperature range has been hazardous to the heath of individuals, as heat cramps and heat exhaustion are likely.
