“Meron tayong mga cloud clusters na minomonitor sa silangan ng Mindanao. Continuous monitoring tayo sa mga kaulapan na ito sa posibilidad na ito ay magkaroon ng sirkulasyon at maging LPA ,” said Castañeda. The shear line is particularly bringing cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms in Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and Davao Oriental. Residents of these areas were strongly advised to remain vigilant against possible flash floods and landslides during moderate to at times heavy rains.
