The tail of a storm that’s been churning off British Columbia will arrive in San Diego County late Thursday but will leave little more than drizzle by the time it flows into Nevada on Friday, says the National Weather Service.
The region received above-average rain in November. Preliminary figures show that San Diego International Airport recorded 1.07 inches of precipitation, which is 0.32 inches above normal. And Ramona got 1.82 inches, which is about 1 inch above average.
