A lawmaker who represents part of Adams and Cumberland counties saw charges filed on Tuesday arising out of a crash that occurred on April 19 in Adams County.

Ecker was traveling south on State Route 94, a hilly two-lane rural road that connects Carlisle and Hanover, when his car drifted off the roadway and In speaking with Ecker, police detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage and administered sobriety tests.
