.Oprah offers advice to 2020 Democratic candidates, suggests not talking about Trump at all
Oprah Winfrey said she declined to moderate a 2020 presidential debate and is happy not to be participating in the process at all — but she did offer several pieces of advice to the Democratic candidates.
The veteran talk show host and billionaire entrepreneur said that despite repeated requests for her to host a Democratic debate, she has zero interest in returning to television in such a format. "No I don't, because it's the kind of thing I think you feel in your gut, your soul, your being. I think you know if that is the thing you're supposed to do in your life," she replied.host Gayle King remarked that Winfrey once joked with her that"Jesus would have to call me" in order for her to run for president.
