San Antonio police said one woman is dead and another woman is hospitalized in two separate hit-and-run accidents. The first accident occurred late Friday on the North Side . Shortly after 9 p.m., a 30-year-old woman was traveling westbound in a Gray Nissan Armada near the 900 block of Alametos and Grant Avenue . As she was crossing the intersection, a driver in a brown Buick LaCrosse, who was traveling eastbound, disregarded the stop sign and struck the Armada .
