A 21-year-old Essex County woman was killed and two others were injured in a crash that involved a tractor trailer on Route 139 in Jersey City early Friday morning, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said.Jersey City police responded to the area of the Route 1&9 North ramp and Route 139 West and found that a 2018 Audi had flipped onto its roof after a collision with a tractor trailer, which was still at the scene, Suarez said.
