According to the IBPAP head, the number is dependent on the “vertical” of the IT and Business Process Management sector. This means, he said, it depends on the customers but it also depends on the voice of the employees. But, he added, “I believe that businesses should be left to run the businesses as they see fit. And they will have to consider the needs of both employees as well as their customers.”
