Ohio State still has a long way to go to win the Big Ten Tournament, but for one night the Buckeyes kept alive their dreams of dancing into NCAAs

Maybe? Nah. I mean, it was one game. Granted, it was one whale of an impressive first 20 minutes, but then the whale almost got harpooned. Regardless, would need to do this again. And again. And again. And again. Somewhere in those “agains” likely awaits Zach Edey and Purdue. Again.

Until it didn’t. The Buckeyes built a 27-point lead with 15:31 remaining, then saw it shrink to four with 52 seconds left, but the Badgers could not buy a bucket in the final 45 seconds and OSU escaped what would have been a back-breaking loss. If that happens, well, is anything possible? As one optimistic – or maybe sarcastic? – Twitter follower pointed out, “If they can find a way to win the rest of their games, they will be national champs.”
