The Ohio State running back was unavailable for the Buckeyes last week against Rutgers.
In the first half, Henderson recorded 117 rushing yards on 19 carries including a one-yard touchdown rush.
Freshman Dallan Hayden replaced Henderson at the start of the third quarter for the Buckeyes. Hayden is— along with freshman walk-on TC Caffey —with Miyan Williams unavailable due to what was reported as a"pre-existing knee injury." Wide receiver Xavier Johnson also lined up at running back for the Buckeyes against the Spartans in the second quarter.
Henderson missed Ohio State's win against Rutgers with an apparent foot injury. Coach Ryan Day said earlier this week that he , noting he was further along in practices, and the sophomore was not included on the unavailable list.
