Cleveland Police have released few details surrounding the shooting which killed a boy in the city's East side.
ShareAn 11-year-old boy has died after he was shot in the chest during a birthday party in an apartment complex in Cleveland, Ohio.
Taylor was taken to the University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital after he was carried out the party by two other children, who then called for help. The boy was later pronounced dead.It is believed a 16-year-old resident inside the block was given permission to host a birthday by his mother that night. The mother was not present at the time of the shooting, reports Cleveland.com.
Nita Moore, one of Taylor's aunts, told Cleveland.com that the family were at the hospital all night and were"tired and hurt and frustrated.""He just liked riding bicycles. He loved bicycles. He was a real good. He was a respected kid," Neighbor Willie Gambell told WJW."When I found out about what happened. I saw his picture and I was like man, it can't be true, it can't be true. Then I found out it's true.
