Gregory Bogalbal, deputy regional director for administration of Police Regional Office Region 4-A, led the induction and oath-taking ceremonies for new set of officers of Camp Vicente Lim Press Corps on Wednesday, March 15 at the camp’s multipurpose hall here.albal served as the group’s guest of honor and inducting officer on behalf of PRO4A regional director Brig. General Jose Melencio Nartatez.
