On this one, tiny piece we can do better — so let’s do that,” she said. “When people are looking for warmth and shelter, they go where they can find it,” she said, noting this has often meant hospital lobbies and entryways, parkades and elsewhere where “flash points” can occur between unsheltered people and hospital staff.Article content
