UPDATE: Oakland police investigating stabbing involving Skyline high school students; 1 seriously injured, 1 in custody
Police received reports of a stabbing near Skyline High School on the 12000 block of Skyline Boulevard at around 11:30 a.m.Police arrived and found one victim suffering from multiple stab wounds. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital with serious injuries. Police later confirmed an individual was taken into custody in connection to the incident.
Police also confirmed that both the victim and the suspect were juveniles and students at Skyline High School. OPD is investigating a possible stabbing that occurred today just after 11:30 AM, in the 12000 block of Skyline Blvd.The victim was transported to a hospital for treatment. An individual was taken into custody in connection to the incident.
