Another week of “Jeopardy!” shows, another step up the “Jeopardy!” leaderboard ladder for phenom Oakland contestant Amy Schneider.

You know the story by now.

With 38 consecutive wins, Schneider is now tied with Matt Amodio for the game’s all-time second-longest win streak. The feat comes just a week after she surpassed James Holzhauer’s then-third-place 32-game win streak. In addition to tying Amodio’s record, Schneider secured another $54,000 in prize money. Her total earnings are now $1,307,200. To win, Schneider bested a Georgia office manager and a Ph.D. student from Wisconsin. She found and answered two Daily Doubles and entered Final Jeopardy with a comfortable lead of nearly $29,000 over her challengers.

Schneider can extend her win streak to 39 on Monday and shed the title of co-holder of the game’s second-longest win streak. After which, only current host Ken Jennings would stand ahead of her on the all-time win streak leaderboard. His streak lasted 74 games. If her streak continues, Schneider will also be in play to move up the regular-season play winnings leaderboard. Her $1,307,200 pot is currently good for fourth of all time, with Amodio in third place with $1,518,601. Again atop the leaderboard is Jennings, with $2,520,700 won in regular-season play, while Holzhauer sits in second with $2,462,216 won.
