An NYPD probe found supervising officer Sgt. Kizzy Adonis’s oversight of police was lacking in some areas but concluded that nothing about her actions caused former officer Daniel Pantaleo to use a banned chokehold on Mr. Garner or delayed the arrival of medical attention for him.
