The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-Ilocos Sur Provincial Office (PDEA ISPO) arrested the number two priority target drug personality in the province on Wednesday, Feb. 22.

VIGAN CITY, Ilocos Sur — The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-Ilocos Sur Provincial Office arrested the number two priority target drug personality in the province on Wednesday, Feb. 22.

PDEA region 1 Director III Joel B Plaza said suspect Jake Quirino, 25, was arrested in a buy bust operation in Barangay Camanggan, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur. Confiscated during the operation were seven pieces of small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing more or less two grams of shabu woth P13,600.The suspect is now detained in Vigan City police station.
