Medical director Dr Chris Grant said the recent NHS turmoil is the worst he has ever seen.
Dr Chris Grant says he is committed to supporting colleagues under pressure as best as it possibly can
"But my commitment is that we will continue to work with all those colleagues under pressure to make sure they are supported as best we possibly can."We have got to be very clear it is for others to determine that context. Our job is to do the best we can with what we've got.""I can't magically make the NHS better but I will promise I will listen and do everything I can to support them and therefore support the public," he said.
"We recognise the pressures the NHS is facing following the impact of the pandemic and are working tireless to ensure people get the care they need," he added.
