The “68:32 magic” — a claim that for every vote update, a consistent pattern of 68 percent and 32 percent of the votes are going to former senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. and Vice President Leni Robredo, respectively — has been circulating on social media.
“The question was the 68:32 issue or pattern that people are talking about in social media. So, when we saw that this morning, I kindly already asked some academic institutions and I’m very grateful to Ateneo and [the University of Santo Tomas] for visiting us today,” PPCRV chair Myla Villanueva said in a press briefing.,” she added, inviting other academic institutions to look into the data.
