West Deptford vs. Haddonfield wrestling, South Jersey Group 2 Final, Feb. 8, 2023The NJSIAA/Rothman Orthopaedics public-school state wrestling semifinals are set.
Twenty sectional championship trophies were handed out on Wednesday night, and the winners will advance to Friday’s state semifinals. The semifinal winners will move on to Rutgers on Sunday, where the state finals will be held for the first time. Non-public state semifinals will be contested on Thursday night with the winners also moving on to Rutgers with seven championships handed out over two sessions.
Below are the public-school matchups for all five groups which were decided by teams’ power-point totals at the cutoff on Jan. 28.
