STRENGTHENING its shared commitment to make quality health care more accessible, Newport World Resorts — with the support of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. , has donated a fully functional mobile laboratory to the City Government of Malabon under the 'Lab for All' program.The turnover and blessing ceremony was held at the City Hall of Malabon on Nov. 25.
Newport World Resorts turns over a brand new mobile laboratory to the City Government of Malabon as part of the Lab for All program, spearheaded by the Office of the First Lady. To provide prompt and accessible health care to Malabon City and its communities, the Lab for All unit includes a fully-equipped X-ray room, a functional laboratory for basic tests, an examination room, a portable ultrasound machine and an electrocardiogram machine.The partnership of Pagcor and Newport World Resorts Foundation Inc. for the Lab for All project exemplifies a shared commitment to support the government's health care programs for underserved communities.
