A concept Chick-fil-A slated to open in Atlanta in 2024 will have a large 75-car drive-thru. Here's what it will look like
The first concept is a four-lane drive-thru model in the Atlanta metro region featuring four lanes split up into sets of two lanes. One set is dedicated to mobile orders while the other set is designated for traditional orders.
This concept is different from Chick-fil-a’s previous restaurants because the building is elevated so all the pickup windows are underneath it.The second concept is a walk-up restaurant in New York City designed for heavy foot traffic. In this concept, customers would be encouraged to order their meals ahead of time on the app so it will be ready when they arrive.
