After a $6 million renovation, a Brooklyn townhouse once divided into eight apartments is hitting the market for $11.995 million
A Brooklyn townhouse once divided into eight apartments is now a newly renovated single-family home, listing for $11.995 million.
The Park Slope brownstone is owned by the design firm The Brooklyn Home Company, which spent about $6 million renovating it, said Lyndsay Caleo Karol, the firm’s creative director. If it fetches its price, it would be one of the most expensive residential properties to trade in the neighborhood, where the priciest sale to date was a $12.6 million townhouse that sold in 2017, according to listing agent Lindsay Barton Barrett of Douglas Elliman .
