A New York penthouse that was owned by the late Broadway producer and socialite Terry Allen Kramer is coming on the market for $45 million.
Ms. Kramer, a producer for shows like “Kinky Boots,” “The Elephant Man” and “Evita,” died earlier this month at 85 after contracting pneumonia. The daughter of Charlie Allen Jr., founder of the investment firm Allen & Co., she was also a fixture of the social scene in Palm Beach, Fla., where she owned La Follia, a chateau-like compound.
