JUST IN: New York's attorney general seeks to depose former President Trump in a civil fraud investigation into the Trump Organization
Letitia James, the New York attorney general, has requested Trump sit for a deposition by January 7, according to The Washington Post, which first reported the request.The attorney general's office is investigating whether the Trump Organization manipulated the value of its properties. They are working with the Manhattan District Attorney's office on a parallel criminal investigation into the Trump Organization.
