The DCEU movie timeline is getting replaced by a new DC film franchise in the form of the DC Universe from Gunn and Peter Safran. The first movie that is coming out of DC Studios' DC Universe is Superman: Legacy, which will focus on a younger Man of Tomorrow.

Based on the latest Superman update from Gunn, the photo of the costume seems to indicate that this will not necessarily be spandex but something closer resembling what Henry Cavill wore in the DCEU. When looking closer at the S-shield, there is more yellow outside the actual shield, which is a new touch when compared to past live-action Superman costumes. Until Gunn shares a full official look at the whole costume, the world can only speculate what the rest of the suit looks like on Corenswet.
